The Unauthorized Error and Error 403 messages usually indicate that the user has insufficient permissions to run the operation.
The Atlas project roles assigned to the MongoDB Cloud user determine the level of access that a user has to an App Services application in the project:
Project Owner: full control of Realm applications within this project
Project Read Only: read-only access to Realm applications within this project
