Once activated, you have 12 months to use your Atlas credits. In the rare case you are not able to exhaust your credits in 12 months, you can request an extension by emailing startups@mongodb.com. Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us when you have 3 months or less before your credit expiration date.
